2026 Team 91 Girls Fall Elite Academy

Who We Are: Developing great lacrosse players. It's what we do. As Charlotte's Leader in Lacrosse Instruction, we take pride in helping athletes become better lacrosse players and we are excited to expand that to the women's game. Our Team 91 Girls Academy Training Programs and 10:1 Player:Coach Ratio creates the optimal balance of instruction, repetition and competition.

Defining the Elite Academy: Team 91 Charlotte Girls Elite Academy was developed to help the top girls in Charlotte get better this off-season. Each training session is run at a fast pace with intense instruction. Participants should have experience playing at the travel team level and approach each practice on a mission to improve.

What We'll Do This Fall: We'll go beyond the basic fundamentals in our Elite Academy program. During our six week training period players will experience the following:

• Detail oriented stickwork and high pressure passing drills
• Small-sided drills
• High rep position specific drills
• Live play
