2025 DUCKS GIRLS SPRING REC LACROSSE LEAGUE

Who We Are:
Charlotte's best rec league system is adding girls lacrosse! The Ducks Youth Lacrosse League, the area's largest recreational lacrosse league, is now open to girls in grades 1st-6th with no prior play experience required!

Our season will run from late-February through early to mid-May with a built-in "off" period around the CMS spring break period.

The Ducks Youth Lacrosse League is operated and powered by Team 91 Charlotte Lacrosse, Charlotte's Leader in Lacrosse Instruction.

Defining the Ducks Youth Lacrosse League:
All players grades 1st through 6th grade are welcome to register for the Ducks; no prior playing experience is required.

We will create team rosters grouped by 1st/2nd, 3rd/4th and 5th/6th graders. Players will be evaluated during our opening week training period and properly rostered ahead of gameplay beginning. Teammate/schoolmate requests will be taken into account while also working to maintain the competitive balance of teams for internal league play purposes.

Our Spring Rec Philosophy:
Whether you are new to the game or a player seeking the best Spring Rec League opportunities in Charlotte, Ducks Lacrosse is the training and competitive environment for you!

We believe our training tactics allow players interested in the sport to grow as a player consistently throughout the regular season. In welcoming both new and experienced player grades 1st-6th, every training and game day is meant to assist in the advancement of each player's skill progression!

Coaches will assist in the development of your player's individual talents and help them grasp a stronger understanding of team concepts. Over the course of the Spring players will experience the following:

Detailed Oriented Stickwork, Training Drills and Proper Contact Practices, A Full Regular Season Schedule and End of the Year Playoffs!

We will welcome opportunities to play against external competition but following multiple years of  successful "internal league" scheduling and playoffs, families will be able to expect a full schedule organized in advance of the start of the 2025 season.
