2024 Team 91 Girls Fall Impact Training

Who We Are: Developing great lacrosse players. It's what we do. As Charlotte's Leader in Lacrosse Instruction, we take pride in helping athletes become better lacrosse players and we are excited to expand that to the women's game. Our Team 91 Girls Fall Impact Training program was developed for the player that wants to take her game to the next level this offseason. Impact training is structured with a lower Player:Coach ratio and a high intensity training environment. Impact training is intended for the player who is serious about getting better.

What We'll Do This Fall: We'll go beyond the fundamentals during our Impact Training program with targeted instruction from our elite coaching staff. Players will experience the following:

Detail Oriented Stickwork and Pressure Passing Drills
High rep, high attention to detail drills
Live reps
Focused instruction

Team 91 Girls Fall Impact Training participants are eligible to be nominated for the Team 91 National Team
