Who We Are
Developing great lacrosse players. It's what we do. As Charlotte's Leader in Lacrosse Instruction, we take pride in helping athletes become better lacrosse players. Our Team 91 Academy Training Programs and 10:1 Player:Coach Ratios create the optimal balance of instruction, repetition and competition.

Defining the FNF/FNG Training Academy
Lacrosse games can be decided at the X and in the cage! The faceoff and goalie position have become the most important areas on the lacrosse field, however, it is still neglected by most coaches outside of quick warmups and then live play later in practice.

Team 91 Lacrosse created the Friday Night Faceoffs & Goalies training series in order to specifically work with athletes who continue to develop their skills at the X and in cage throughout the offseason.

What We'll Do This Winter!
Each session of Friday Night Faceoffs & Goalies will include 1 hour of position-specific instruction followed by 30 minutes of live reps!

For face-off athletes, instruction will include working on face-off technique, learning the finer details on how to run fast breaks, extensive GB work, understanding wing play concepts and more! Live reps will include live 1v1 and 3v3 face-off reps!

For goaltenders instruction will be incorporating proper footwork, positioning, outlet work, communication and more as well as receiving warm-up and live shots from shooters each Friday evening!
